Delivery and Shipping (Domestic)
Order made before 12:00 Mon-Sat will be shipped the same day before 16:00
Order made on Sunday or bank holidays will be shipped on the next working day before 16:00
We only display stock items, ready for shipment. You can be assured that you will receive your order soonest within 1-3 days
We use express courrier for our shipment, either Kerry Express or EMS
Warranty and Refund
Computer Case Products
We make inspection for missing part on every shipment. You can be assured that there will be no missing screw in the box. We only give warranty for the GPU raiser card cable only. If it is not functional, you can return to us within 7 days after purchase (Customer pay for returning cost) after than we will send you the new raiser card.
CPU Coolers and Case Fans Products
We make inspection for missing part on every shipment. We only give warranty for the cooler's fan. If it is not functional, you can return to us together with the original box and all parts within 7 days after purchase (Customer pay for returning cost) after than we will send you the replacement.
Portable Monitor Products
We make inspection for dead or stuck pixel, cheking all ports before shipment. If it is not functional, you can return to us together with the original box and all parts within 7 days after purchase (Customer pay for returning cost) after than we will send you the replacement.
Within 1 year of purchase, customer can claim defective monitor by sending the unit to us, the claming process will take 4 weeks to complete.
Only following defective condtion can be claim.
1. Monitor dose not turn on or turn on but no display.
2. There are more than 5 dead/stuck pixels on the display.
Power Supply Products
PSU comes with 5-7 years warranty, customer can claim defective PSU directly with distributor in Thialand.
Used Products
If it is not functional, you can return to us together with the original box and all parts within 7 days after purchase (Customer pay for returning cost) after than we will make full refund for your purchase.
Return of Products
Functional and non defective products can not be returned and refunded.
How to pay?
- You can pay by using PayPal, this is automatic process, you will receive parcel tracking number by e-mail after purchase. If you do not have PayPal account, you can apply here.

International Orders
Due to COVID 19, we ship to 50 countries via the following methods.
EMS (2-9 days)
Gecko Micro, S, M and L will be flat packed for lower shipping cost and faster delivery.
Shipping cost will be calcualted at your check out.
